Turbine blade is a core part of the turbine rotor to generate the rotation force and is used in a secure operation condition for a long time poeriod. In a design specification requiring a forged material having heat resistance and high strength, as it is required to precisely machine the difficult-to-cut material, it is particularly difficult to machine those material.
Use of product
•Marine engine : This product is used in the turbo charger of a marine engine and is a core part to generate the rotational forces of a turbine with energy of an exhaust gas.
•Power plant : This product is a core part of the turbine rotor to convert thermal energy generated in a boiler to rotational energy and deliver the converted rotational energy to the generator.

*Shot peeningis a cold strengthening treatment. Thereby beads blaze with high kinetic energy onto the surface of the compnent. The spherical impacts produce a plastic deformation of the surface layer. as a result a pressure stress on the treated component is induced. This pressure stress improves the material fatigue strength and the resistance against stress corrosion. This method is applied on turbine blades of turbo chargers.
