IBMT, which was founded on January 18, 2010, signed an exclusive contract with Moggaro, Spain to manufacture and sell aluminium boat in Asia in 2015 while it was growing into a company specializing in waste material parts such as defense parts and aircraft parts with AS9100 air quality certification.

Founded in Spain in 2003, Moggoro Aluminum Yacht is a rapidly emerging entrepreneurial brand that pioneered Spain’s first offshore aluminum boat in the field of tourism/leisure and manufacturing, designed 40 boat models with a length of 3M to 26M by 2019 to produce a total of 300 boats and established Moggaro with Ivy-Agria for cooperation between Spain and Korea in 2015. In 2016, we had a new production plant in Jinju, Gyeongsangnam-Do. IBMT is currently the only authorized manufacturer of Moggaro, with the exception of Spain, and is responsible for the production, operation and maintenance of boats in Asia. The Moggaro boat has a wide range of designs, including diving, sightseeing/leisure, work, hydrographic survey, tuna fishing (speed boat), fishing, cleaning, bridge, and high-speed boat.

Moggaro supplies boats to Spain, Portugal, Italy, France, Greece, Croatia, Norway, Azores Islands, Madeira, Africa, Colombia, Mexico, China, Thailand and Korea. Ibimti, which operates Moggo-Asia, is also a specialist in aviation parts manufacturing, which has AS9100 certification in the aviation sector.
