Piston of JINSEONG features the elaborated surface of cast as materials are produced using Shell Mold casting method. Based on our production knowhow, we can control the input speed and cooling time of melting pot which results in manufacturing the product having optimal materials with high productivity. Through normalizing and tempering heat treatment, we can produce pistons having more uniform metal tissues. The hardening heat treatment process for ring groove strengthens the hardness that can extend the life of piston and control the hardening depth and size. Our product shall be assembled with related parts by customer after receiving the product and the dimension of area to be assembled and the tolerance of shape are very important. To verify this, we carry out the overall verification through 3D measurement.
