USE OF EQUIPMENT

This equipment is used for making a slab-shaped testing piece that will be used for Wheel tracking tester or shearing test. This equipment is very easy to use because the initial condition of the mold before insertion, descending of a compactor, and sliding are all programmed in the PLC so that they

can be operated by pneumatic pressure. For the using expansion of other tests, a slab can be made by adding layers up to the maximum 150mm and it is precisely designed to be inserted into the mold. Built-in heat rays are installed in a compactor to prevent the cooling of a mixture during the compacting work.
