I founded the company with the belief that people are the most important in any kind of organization and I need to create an organization and culture that is focused on people in order to create a proper company. I promise to make efforts to realize ‘love’, the foundation of harmony/unity, ‘learning’, the driving force of continuous development, and ‘enjoyment’ that will support them. In people-oriented management, ‘HSE’ and ‘quality’ don’t need to be denied of being the essence of the essence. By creating an environment where employees can work easily, comfortably and safety, as well as continuously improving the system, and work process and equipment, I will continue to build a small, yet strong company. By remembering what Newton’s second law of motion is, ‘F=ma’, and a part from the Analects of Confucius imply, which are ‘a force acting on a certain object will accelerate it.’ and ‘learning is like going upstream that you will retreat unless you move forward.’ respectively, I will do my best to make a company that continuously grows through research, efforts and improvements.
