Floating Power Plant and New Generation Energy, DSME Style

DSME is striving to enter into the energy business through developing floating power plants based on accumulated know-how and technology. Recently, we have produced design & construction technology for offshore floating power plants that can produce electricity using LNG as a clean fuel to reduce environmental pollution issues.

Since the floating power plants developed by DSME are installed and operated near shore, land acquisition issues and infrastructure costs can be minimized when compared to developing power plants onshore.

In addition to the above, DSME is actively engaged in marketing mainly in countries which lack sufficient energy supply due to inadequate land infrastructure and can benefit from utilizing the benefits of our floating power plants.
