This device is used to address seawater overflow phenomenon through air-vent fitted to each tank in order to restore original functions of air-vent. The air-vent discharge unit provides a conduit though which water flows directly into the ocean. At this time, it allows overflow to be maintained at proper height form upper part of thank on the discharge line and provides blasting system in order to prevent damage to internal materials of hull which arises form over pressure during ballast pumping and resolve problems such as ballast instability etc.
